Clinical Oversight and Support

In addition to the robust behavior analysis team, CTA offers clinical assessments and therapeutic services focused on children and adolescents with trauma in their past. This is to help better support them while navigating the foster care system.

Our clinical services also include assessments and evaluations for adults in both our day and residential services settings.

How Can We Help You?

ADOS-2 Assessment

CTA offers the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule assessment to establish a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder. This can help in getting services and in guding treatment.

Mental Health Assessment

Licensed Clinical Social Workers can provide mental health assessments to better to determine level of need and the direction of treatment.

Therapeutic Services

Our approaches include trauma-informed ACT and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). We are commited to research-based, proven therapies.

Collaboration

The LCSW acts as an advocate and helps navigate the various state systems to ensure proper treatment and services are provided.

Family Support

Support is provided for host home providers and professional parents with the use of both individual and family counseling and parent training.

Staff Support

Our clinicians provide ongoing and intensive staff training and support for our Direct Support Professionals who assist both host home providers and professional parents.

CTA's Job Settings

Residential Positions

In our homes, you have the opportunity to work with a smaller team and support 3-4 people that live there. Positions in our homes are typically afternoons/evenings, graveyards, and anytime on the weekends. Residential services runs 24X7!

Day Programs

Day services provides an activity based environment for people who are not attending school or working during the day. Day programs are immersed in the Exploration program out in the community and fun stuff for people who would rather stay in! Hours for our day programs are typically Monday through Friday from around 7am to 6PM.

After-School Programs

Designed to give school-age children and children with developmental and intellectual disabilities a positive place for learning and fun in the afternoon and evening hours. These programs primarily run Monday through Saturday, with some Sunday shifts as well. Day hours are also available during the summer break.
