We have a team of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts leading a team of both behavior specialists and interns.
Behavior analysts provide detailed assessments and evaluations before coming up with a Behavior Support Plan to best address concerning behaviors and teach new skills to help people navigate their day-to-day environment.

Our behavior team is a mix of seasoned analysts with years of experience mentoring new behavior specialists, bringing an innovative perspective of new research and proven interventions.
Our philosophy always comes from a place of positive reinforcement when teaching new skills and addressing concerns.
Our behavior analysts provide onsite supervision and training in all CTA locations to ensure Behavior Support Plans are being implemented as designed.
Data is consistently reviewed to gauge the efficacy of the Behavior Support Plan. If it needs to be revised for better results, it is.
We take people's rights very seriously and will not propose restrictions until every other avenue and technique is exhausted.

In our homes, you have the opportunity to work with a smaller team and support 3-4 people that live there. Positions in our homes are typically afternoons/evenings, graveyards, and anytime on the weekends. Residential services runs 24X7!
Day services provides an activity based environment for people who are not attending school or working during the day. Day programs are immersed in the Exploration program out in the community and fun stuff for people who would rather stay in! Hours for our day programs are typically Monday through Friday from around 7am to 6PM.
Designed to give school-age children and children with developmental and intellectual disabilities a positive place for learning and fun in the afternoon and evening hours. These programs primarily run Monday through Saturday, with some Sunday shifts as well. Day hours are also available during the summer break.
